Former CMU student Eric Davis Jr, who is accused of shooting and killing his parents on campus March 2nd, has been found competent to stand trial. The 19 year old was initially declared incompetent and was ordered to undergo psychiatric treatment. The new ruling overrides that and a trial will now be scheduled.
