The man whom deputies say had a handgun and robbed a man who was saving a turtle, has been identified. Todd Finn Jr, has been charged with armed robbery. The Gladwin Co Sheriff’s office says the bizarre situation happened in late August in Sage Township. The victim was releasing the turtle into a swamp, when a vehicle pulled up, Finn allegedly got out w/ a pistol & demanded cash. Deputies arrested Finn during a traffic stop & found the gun, in the car.
