In an effort to protect poultry and livestock industries following a breakout of bird flu in Isabella and other Michigan counties, the state has declared a “Determination of Extraordinary Emergency!” Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Director Tim Boring signed the order, which goes into effect on Wednesday!
