An Isabella County woman who was a past president of the Pullen Elementary School PTO, is headed to prison. 44 year-old, Krystal Lyn Carpenter, of Shepherd was sentenced to 3 to 20 years in prison after she plead guilty back in February to embezzlement by an agent or trustee. In exchange for her plea, County Prosecutor dropped 2 additional charges. She was also ordered to pay $7872.22 in restitution & fees.
