Certain businesses in Clare, Gratiot & Isabella counties that were adversely impacted by excessive rain that occurred from June 26th thru Nov 1st of last year, are now eligible to receive federal financial assistance. Farm related entities, most private nonprofits & small businesses can apply for the available funding.
