An Isabella County judge has ordered a Beal City woman to spend 19 months to 5 years behind bars for stalking a minor.  Kendra Gail Licari is heading to prison, not jail, along with probation in connection with her “catfishing” on her own daughter & another teen. 42-year-old Licari cried & apologized for pain, hurt & confusion her actions caused.
