A Chippewa County volunteer firefighter has been arrested, yet again, & charged with additional arson cases. After more evidence was collected, volunteer firefighter Joseph Halder was charged with two more arson counts. He was arrested yesterday & given an additional $150,000 bond on top of his current $200,000 bond for the original charge.
