A Midland man has plead to felony charges stemming from arguing with his (6) month pregnant girlfriend to get an abortion. 25-year-old, Kole Kehr, plead no-contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm & interfering with electronic communications.  In exchange for his plea, charges of assault w/ intent to coerce an abortion and domestic violence were dismissed. Midland County Circuit Court Judge Stephen Carras delayed sentencing Kerh, for one year.
