The Elwell man charged in the death of a Shepherd motorcyclist near (5) months ago has plead guilty. 29-year-old, Michael Duane Hulings, made his plea to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing the death of 49, Jeremy Waldron. He’s been scheduled for sentencing at 3pm on Thursday Feb 1st before 65th District Court Judge, Stewart McDonald. Maximum penalty is 15 years behind bars.
