Gratiot County has a new member of the County Board of Commissioners but now they’re looking for a new undersheriff. The board voted 4-0 to appoint current Undersheriff, Steve Sopocy to fill the District4 vacancy that was created when board Chairman Sam Smith resigned. Sopocy has served as undersheriff since 2019!
