Isabella County officials are working on a plan to re-open the administration building in Mt. Pleasant, as they prepare for the cleanup of asbestos that was discovered in their heating/cooling system on Oct. 12th!  The process involves the relocation of building contents and asbestos abatement, followed by comprehensive air quality tests to assess the safety of re-entering the building, along with re-building.
