9 year old Zoey Harrison from Ithaca along with her mom, have invented a new Body Coat to keep kids who have a tough time getting on snow gear warm during the winter months. See, Zoey has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound and getting snow gear on would take too long for recess. Her mother started sewing and stitched two coats together to become a sleeping bag style snow suit.
