“American Horror Story” costume designers have revealed that Stevie Nicks brought in her own clothes for the first season of the show, but apparently she wasn’t completly unhappy with some of the items provided by the costumers. It seems she liked one of their additions so much she took it for herself.
In a new interview, Lou Eyrich and Paula Bradley say they added a pair of gloves by Dorothy Gaspar to Stevie’s dressing room, just in case she wanted to change her own gloves… which isn’t exactly what ended up happening. “She didn’t change her gloves, but they did disappear,” Bradley adds.
Even so, they say Nicks is “a dream” to work with. “She’s exactly what you think she would be,” Eyrich says. “She brought her own clothes in but was extremely willing to work in anything or wear anything, but why would you improve upon perfection?”
