Chip and Joanna Gaines are already parents to five beloved children, Drake, Ella, Duke, Emmie, and their son Crew who was just born in June. Even though that might sound like a handful, they’re not ruling out having a sixth.
Given the age difference between Crew and the rest of their kids, who are all above the age of eight years old, Chip thinks the little one could use a playmate. “I think we have to have another one because I’m particular about the only child thing,” he says. “Crew needs a sister to manage this whole thing out.”
Joanna is a little more hesitant about it, however, since her last pregnancy was admittedly harder than the others. “When I first got pregnant I kept telling everyone at the office, ‘Guys I am at my best self when I’m pregnant,’” she explains. “At 40, it’s definitely a little different.”
