The Midland Mall is set for some new tweaks. Developer Michael Kohan from New York said he is working with the city to try and redevelop the space into a multi-purpose center. It would house new retailers, a movie theater and residential apartments. Many shoppers said the thing they go to the mall for the most is the food court.
