A Michigan judge has put the brakes on plans to shut down almost 100 medical marijuana businesses. Last week, state regulators extended a deadline for businesses to be licensed by Dec. 15th..which will allow 108 facilities to remain open, while warning 98 others that they would be issued C&D (cease & desist) letters. This is the 3rd time the state has pushed back the licensing deadline.
