Back in June that Vince Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. Now, he’s reportedly been charged and could face close to a year in prison.
According to reports, the actor has been charged with three misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level of point-08 or higher, and refusing to comply with police. If convicted, he could reportedly face up to 360 days in county jail.
Officials say Vaughn is set to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court for his arraignment today, but he hasn’t entered a plea yet. His rep is still declining to comment.
