Jon Hamm, Lewis Pullman, and Ed Harris are going right into the danger zone.
They’re reportedly joining the cast of Top Gun: Maverick, the planned sequel to the 80s Tom Cruise classic. It’s not known who the two actors will play, but Cruise will be back as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell. Chicago Justice’s Monica Barbaro is also on board.
The plot will focus on Cruise’s character being an instructor at the flight school and taking the son of Goose under his wing.
The sequel is slated for a July 2019 release.
