Looks like Matt Lauer’s divorce from wife Annette Roque is one step closer to being finalized. The “New York Post” reports the disgraced “Today” host has agreed to give his ex-wife whatever she wants in the divorce settlement, including $20 million.
Sources say Lauer is “bending over backwards” to satisfy Roque because of his guilt over cheating. They add the couple is actually now getting along, and are both spending time at their Hamptons home. “Things really have settled down. Matt and Annette are getting on and they’re both spending time with their kids,” the insider adds. “They hope to settle the divorce very soon.”
Insiders say there’s no word on who’ll get the 12-bedroom Hamptons estate, although they say Lauer really wants it. Source: New York Post
