Owners of a Harrison-based restaurant have been arrested on felony charges. Michelle Henry and Marlene Wright, owners of Mama Cillie’s Pizzeria WERE arrestED FOR food stamp fraud, according to a news release from the Clare County Prosecutor’s Office.The women are alleged to have purchased a MI Bridge card from someone and allegedly used it to buy food for the restaurant.
