The second person involved in a Gratiot County car theft pleaded no contest to three charges related to a string of auto thefts in Breckenridge. 41-year-old Kelly Roe faces two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count of attempting illegal use of a financial transaction device. Both charges carry two-year penalties. Police arrested Roe and her boyfriend Travis English in April.
