As summer winds down, a new type of business begins: the start of back-to-school, extracurricular activities, and the upcoming holiday seasons. To help you navigate these busy end-of-year activities, MSU Extension is offering a free, virtual September self-care series open to any adult who wants to take time out of the day to learn to take better care of themselves; these one-hour sessions begin at 6:30 pm ET. The four classes offered are Calming Down and De-Stressing, Mindful Self-Compassion, Changing Negative Self-Talk, and Forgiving and Letting Go. Registration is open now through September 23rd.
