A 44-year-old man from Elmira was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison Friday for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.  Brian Thomas Webb was convicted by a jury on Dec. 15, 2022, after he admitted sexually assaulting and attempting to sexually assault numerous women and children over a course of approximately 25 years.
