The hand recounts of ballots that were cast in last months general election in several Isabella County precincts resulted in just 1 additional vote being tallied in favor of Proposal #3. The 1 changed vote was in Mt Pleasants’ Precinct #5 with a separate partial recount which was conducted this week at the county level, turned up no changes.
