The legal journey of former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein continues in a southern Cali court this week. Already serving a 23-year sentence for a rape conviction, Weinstein now returns to court facing 11 counts of sexual assault. If convicted, he faces a sentence of up to 135 years to life. Jury selection, which is expected to last two weeks, began yesterday. Accusers facing Weinstein in court include Jennifer Siebel Newsom – the wife of California governor Gavin Newsom.
