Michigans AG, Dana Nessell announced charges yesterday against a Saginaw County woman for stealing from a vulnerable adult. 59 year old Valda Cork was arraigned in the 70th District Court, charged with (2) counts of Embezzlement from a Vulnerable adult over $100,000 & (2) counts of Taxes-failure/False Return/Payment. She faces up to (25) years behind bars, if convicted.
