A mid-Michigan marijuana processing facility has agreed to pay the state a $9,000 fine for filing their 2021 financial records late. The Dept of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs announced the fine involving “How Smooth It is” LLC, on Friday.  They announced the fees were due Oct 1, 2021 and also the company acknowledged fault & that part of the settlement was to put in place systems intended to help the company file by deadlines required under the Michigan Marijuana Licensing Act.
