Bill Paxton’s family filed a wrongful death/negligence suit with an anesthesiologist medical group in 2017 and has finally reached a partial settlement. A settlement has been approved of $1-million between Paxton’s family and the company. Paxton’s family claims “Cedars-Sinai Medical Center misrepresented and/or concealed information relating to the risks of surgery.”
