The California Supreme Court refused to hear Brad Pitt’s appeal of a court ruling that disqualified Judge John W Ouderkirk from serving on his custody case with Angelina Jolie. Angelina managed to get the judge thrown out because of his business ties with Brad’s lawyers. Now the joint custody ruling that Ouderkirk made has been rendered moot.
