Get ready for more stop in go while on the road. A major road project between Ithaca and Alma is set to begin Friday in Gratiot County.The road commission plans to install an asphalt overlay on a four-mile stretch of State Road from Polk Road to Lincoln Road between Emerson and Arcada townships.
