Governor Gretchen Whitmer has allowed Michigan distilleries to make ethanol-based hand sanitizers to help combat COVID-19. Wednesday, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau relaxed restrictions to allow distilleries to make denatured alcohol.
