Dave Chappelle is doing his part to lift the spirits of the citizens of Dayton, Ohio in the wake of a mass shooting earlier this month. He’ll be hosting a free block party in the Oregon District of town. Gem City Shine is exclusively for the residents of Dayton and the surrounding areas. Commemorative t-shirts will be available for $20 bucks, with the proceeds going toward the tragedy fund at the Dayton Foundation.
