We told you yesterday that the sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey was falling apart since the cell phone – a key piece of evidence – was missing. While there hasn’t been an update on that, we heard that his accuser has filed a lawsuit against him.
William Little is claiming the alleged incident left him with “severe and permanent mental distress and emotional injuries.” He was 18-years-old when the Oscar winner reportedly got him drunk and groped him. He told a woman at the bar that he thought Kevin was trying to rape him. That’s when he snuck out the back door and went home.
Little’s mother, former Boston TV anchor Heather Unruh, brought the allegations to light last year. Although Kevin’s been criminally charged, he has denied everything.
