Mt Pleasant has named its new mayor and he is the youngest one on the board. 29 year old William Joseph was sworn in Monday as the mayor along with 3 city commissioners: Petro Tolas, Lori Gillis and Amy Perschbacher. Joseph, a recent CMU political science grad, hopes to open up communication between the board and community.
