Ashley Judd got a win in court yesterday when a federal judge ruled that she could go after Harvey Weinstein for allegedly blackballing her after she turned him down sexually. However, Judge Phillip S. Gutierrez, dismissed her sexual harrassment claim b/c it would be unprecedented to apply the statute to a prospective employer.
