A Midland woman’s lawsuit against Planet Fitness in Midland can go forward after the Michigan Board of Appeals made the okay. The woman sued the gym after they ended her membership in 2015 for complaining about a transgender woman using the women’s lockerroom. Planet Fitness said they let people use the lockeroom that matches their identity but the appeals court said the woman was notified of this unwritten rule and can move forward in the case.
