A Mt. Pleasant man is facing jailtime after carrying on a relationship with a minor. The Clare County Prosecutor said 20-year old Curtis Allen Watson pled guilty to criminal sexual conduct in the third degree based on his relationship with a teen. It is said Watson had a relationship with a 13-year-old back in 2017.
