Joel McHale Gets A Netflix Show – Joel McHale was snarky, honest, and funny on “The Soup.” Netflix hopes he can deliver like that for them.
That’s why the streaming service is premiering “The Joel McHale Shows Starring Joe McHale” on February 18.
The announcement says the program “takes a sharp, absurdist look at pop culture and news from across the globe. It’s a fast and funny distillation of everything people are talking about that week.” It will feature celebrity guests, sketches, video clips and more.
McHale is building a strong relationship with Netflix. He’ll soon be seen on the programmer’s movie “A Futile And Stupid Gesture.”
