A cable TV network is set to debut a movie based on Isabella County’s “catfishing mom” on the eve of Mothers Day. It’ll be broadcast on the Lifetime Movie Networks, “Mommy Meanest” – which debuts on May 11th at 8pm.  It’s loosely based on the Kendra Gail Licari, the Beal City woman who is serving 19-months to 5-years at the Huron Valley women’s prison in Ypsilanti, for stalking a minor.
