The Michigan woman who was allegedly drunk at the time she crashed through a kids’ birthday party, killing 2 of them, on Saturday, has been arraigned on second-degree murder & other charges. Many others were also injured in the incident. She’s been jailed since the crash & bond was set at $1.5 million.
