Two Clare County Community Foundation grants are aiding the Central Michigan District Health Dept help students in need. The departments’ health officer, Steve Hall, says the departments Rural Engagement Facilitating Resources & Education for School Hygiene program obtained the grants specifically for Clare County schools.
