A former Michigan State Police trooper has plead “no contest” to using excessive force during a traffic stop back in 2022!  28-year-old, Bram Schroeder of Freeland made is plea on Monday, to (1) count of aggravated assault & (1) count of neglect of duty, for using force at a traffic stop.  He was originally charged with (1) count of misconduct in office & (1) count of aggravated assault.
