49-year-old Eugene Medlin, of Saginaw allegedly poured a flammable liquid last Monday on both himself & the Midland County Sheriff’s deputies attempting to arrest him, but he ended up fleeing in handcuffs. He now faces (7) felony charges & is currently lodged in the Midland County jail on a $750,000 cash surety bond. He’s due back for a probable cause hearing on January 9th!
