A Mt. Pleasant man who was shot by a Michigan DNR conservation officer during an altercation at a Mecosta County Park, has now filed a civil lawsuit in federal court. Brandon Davis attorneys, filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan in June, seeking $250 million in damages.
