A man from Lincoln Park has been arrested in connection with the death of an American tourist in Germany and attempted murder of another woman. 31, Troy Bohling, has been charged in the rape & murder of 21-year-old Eva Liu & the attempted murder of 22-year-old Kelsey Chang. He remains behind bars, at this time.
