26 year old, Rashad Maleek Trice, has plead not guilty to kidnapping charges & killing 2 year old Wynter Cole-Smith. He’s been charged with (1) count of kidnapping, resulting in death & kidnapping of a minor. The minimum sentence for the first is life in prison & the second is 20 years along with a max of life in prison.
