A Houghton Lake man plead guilty last week to providing fentanyl to a man who overdosed & died, back on May 27, 2022. 28 year old Chase Rosenthal was charged with Delivery causing death, which is a felony, punishable with a max sentence of life in prison. The case was investigated by the Michigan State Police.
