An Alma man was arrested following a police pursuit through 2 Northern Michigan counties. 27 year old Donald Wade North, has already been arraigned on 1 count of attempted carjacking & 1 count of unlawful driving away in a motor vehicle. He was also charged with fleeing & eluding police, in Cheboygan County!
