There’s currently a gift card fraud scheme going around Isabella County. Phone calls coming in from a Washington DC number and then a spoofed call from the Mt Pleasant Police Department saying they confirm the DC calls are legit..which they are NOT! Do not follow their instructions but rather hang up & contact Isabella County central dispatch if you feel you’ve been scammed.
