Gratiot County Register of Deeds Kimberlee VanHoose is warning Mid-Michigan homeowners to be aware of a mis-leading “benefit program” being offered by a Florida based real estate company.  The deal being offered is by MV Realty, tempts homeowners with an upfront cash payment in exchange for granting the firm exclusive rights to act as the listing agent for any sale of the property during the term of the agreement, which can sometimes have the potential to last 30-40 years.
